Terms of service

You need an account to place an order, and you must confirm your email address before the account can be used. An account that is not confirmed within 48 hours is deleted and you are free to sign up again.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

One person, one account. We close accounts used to evade a suspension or place fraudulent orders.

One credit is one dollar. Credits are a prepaid balance you spend on orders. They do not expire and they earn no interest.

Every ten credits you buy earns one free. Free credits work the same as any other credit once they are on your balance.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged back into money.

Prices are per month and shown before you confirm: Nitro Basic costs one credit and Nitro Boost costs three. You are charged the price published when you place the order.

Every order is monthly by default, with a chance of landing as a yearly term instead at no extra cost. Yearly is a bonus, not something you are buying, and not getting it is not a fault.

Orders are filled in the order they arrive. Queue positions and estimated times are estimates, not commitments.

All orders are final. Credits are non-refundable, whether they are unused, partly used, or already spent on an order. Placing an order spends the credits immediately.

There is no cooling-off period and no partial refund. A balance cannot be returned to your payment method.

Raising a chargeback instead of contacting us will close the account.

If Nitro delivered through FlowNitro is revoked, we will credit your account free of charge. You will need to provide proof.

Proof means evidence that the Nitro was active on your account and has since been removed. A dated screenshot of the Discord subscription screen showing the change is normally enough. We may ask for more if what you send is unclear.

Raise it with support within 30 days of the revocation. Claims without proof, or made after 30 days, cannot be honoured.

Replacement is credits added to your balance, matching what the order cost. It is not a refund to your payment method.

We will close an account where we have reason to believe it is being used fraudulently, and may refuse or cancel its orders. If we cancel an order before delivery, its credits go back to your balance.

FlowNitro is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, a delivery time, or that a given order will be filled. If we cannot fill an order, its credits go back to your balance.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the credits on your balance at the time the issue arose.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and using the service after that means you accept the update. Changes do not apply to orders already placed.
